The GFExpressQuote™ is a Good Faith Estimate calculator for Title Agent fees, Premiums, Recording fees & Transfer taxes.

To begin using GFExpress Quote, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Create New Account" and enter the data requested.
  2. When entering the company name, use your company name and your own name.
    For example, enter: "Community Bank - Craig Paulus." This allows you to set up
    your own individual account because the system will not allow you to create duplicate companies.
  3. New users will immediately receive an email notification with their new username (their email)
    and their new password (system generated). You may change your password by clicking the Check Quotes link
    followed by the Users link.
